I’m Steph
I’m a Women’s Circle Facilitator, Intuitive Life Coach, EFT, Reiki, & Sound Bath Practitioner, Meditation Guide, Mentor for Soul-Based Business Offerings, Retreat Host, The Little Scraps of Magic Podcast Host, & a Writer.
I’m also a mom to two little boys & a senior dog, living with my partner of 17 years in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.
My work and life revolve around the belief that when we are connected to our gifts, our truth, & our inner knowing, we create a ripple effect that has a profound impact on our Earth & the people on it. It is my soul’s calling to cultivate spaces that are fertile with opportunity for women to deepen their self-trust, tap into their intuition, & shift their energy to a place of grounded peace & unabashed desire.

BA in Educational Studies at Denison University, M.Ed in Montessori Education at Loyola University at Maryland, AMI Montessori Diploma 6-12 at HMTI, Usui Reiki Level 2 via Judith Eugene, EFT certification via The Priority Academy, 200 hour YTT in Training at Abide Yoga.
