I had my trepidations because I am new to the area and I am a senior/crone. Before the retreat I talked with Stephanie on the phone, and I felt like I was right at home in an easy chair, talking with my dear best friend. During our conversation, she touched my soul, opened my heart and cleared my mind. I didn’t know it was possible, but it just kept getting better from there. The retreat space was magical. It was a beautiful space made even more beautiful by the feeling of safety and freedom that it provided. Scents and sights of nourishing foods, women whose eyes were bright with wonder and light, and the undeniable presence of Stephanie, our guide and teacher for the weekend. The atmosphere was one of safety, vulnerability, grace and peace. As a group we created, sang and danced together, entered into ceremonies together and during the processes the crevices of my inner being gently opened. It was a magical life changing experience and I’m grateful and honored to have been a participant of this retreat with Stephanie!
